Can’t use it on my eyes because it’s very hard and doesn’t work properly on eyelids. For eyebrows it’s ok. But don’t recommend as eyeliner.1 year agoHi there! I don’t know if it’s the quality or the batch of this product delivery was neglected and weathered but every time I tried lining my eyelid it would break apart wasting most of the black center stick.1 year agoHi there!
