Comes off like a facial peeling mask
I don't know what possessed me to buy two of the L'Oreal Paris Lash Serum Solution Eyelash Serum with Lash Caring Complex. I guess I had high hopes. From other reviews, it seemed that it might work, so I tried it the same night I received it. I decided to start with my eyebrows instead of anywhere near my eyeballs. A L'Oreal Paris Product Expert replied to a review stating to use the excess from eyelashes for eyebrows, so I thougt it would be safe. I followed the exact instructions, I just put it on my eyebrows the night before. When I woke up in the morning, my sister was like, "What is that stuff on your eyebrows?". I had no idea what she was talking about until I went to a mirror to take a look. My eyebrows looked like I had applied a facial peeling mask to them...and it was peeling off. There was a film that was peeling off and flaking. I guess some of it was able to rub off as I slept and now it looked like it was flaking off. I was shocked and started to gently pull the peeling substance off with tweezers. I wanted be sure that rubbing it off would not remove any of my eyebrows. I am so glad I did not put this stuff anywere near my eyes. If you're like me, you blink a whole lot more when you are awake vs. when you are sleep. When exactly am I supposed to put this stuff on? Twice a day, right. Putting it on under mascara in the morning and the mascara would flake into the eyes. Putting this stuff on at night and "serum" flakes off into your eyes while you sleep. There were no warnings on the box about what to do if the serum gets in your eyes, which I found very strange. I guess that means the ingredients are safe to get in the eyes? Furthermore, if it gets in the eyes, there won't be any ill effects? I don't know. From my experience, I cannot recommend this product and wish I never purchased two of them.Hace 7 mesesHi there, Glossy! Nourishing primer
I really love this. Conditions my lashes and the mascara goes on better. I hate, however, so many products being locked up. ARGH. Come on people. Causing unnecessary work for employees by having them run around unlocking things and taking on the role of security. Takes time away from answering questions, helping customers find things etc. It's no fun for anyone AND it costs EVERYONE! The applicator is cumbersome
The brush is too wide and much of the product is wasted on the brush. To be sure you get just the right amount on your brush, twist and wait before deciding to twist the cap again. There may be a bit of a lag in the serum pushing up into the brush.
