It turned my hair green..not at first. The initial color looks great. It's a deep warm chocolate brown put of the container. It smells good. It feels good. But after it fades out after a wash it left a green after color that is tacky. It's green in a very bad way. Not green like you might see in Colorista turquoise but green like you made a mistake and now you needs oops color correction. It's not the end of the world. It happens. It is annoying..it's just more reasons to test before you go whole hog. You don't really want this to happen to your hair. I am going to probably put it up to if it seems too good to be true it probably is. The color on the box is beautiful, in the container it's beautiful, on your hair it is beautiful, but the actual tint tone is puke green. It's not the end of the world it's just my hair. I'm Chicago no one would notice really they might think I wanted green hair. But this is not St Patrick's Day green. It's oh no gotta wear a hat green. It's dissatisfaction disappointing. A surprise favorite!
I grabbed this on a whim at CVS because I was desperate for something to tone my brassy brown hair (I’m naturally blonde so it fades reddish). I am SO pleasantly surprised at not only how well it toned, but how shiny my hair is. Results have lasted one wash so far and I’m impressed. SO MUCH HAIR LOSS
I was losing handfuls of hair using this product. I tried to convince myself it was something else because it does give you a nice gloss, but the price was clumps of my hair falling out after each wash. The absolute best
I’ve tried pretty much every silver toner from this line, and without a doubt, this one is the winner. It completely neutralizes all yellow and orange tones in my hair with no visible damage. My only complaint is that it starts to fade after about three washes.
