Hello CATHERINE! We are sorry to hear that the Platinum Pearl Le Color Gloss left your hair with an unwanted purple tone and did not address the yellowing on your ends. Because this formula contains cool-toned violet pigments to neutralize brassiness, they can sometimes be absorbed too intensely by natural white or very light hair, which is often more porous and sensitive to color deposits. To help remove the purple tint, we suggest using a clarifying shampoo several times over the next few washes. For future use on natural white hair, we recommend applying the gloss for a significantly shorter time—starting with just two to three minutes—to ensure you achieve a neutral finish without the pigment buildup. Additionally, focusing the product specifically on the yellowing ends first before pulling it through to the rest of your hair can help target the areas that need the most neutralization.
