I am distraught I have used this product for years. This past month I purchased and it seems like a completely different formula that doesn’t cover my gray at ALL. I tried 3 different bottles to see if it was a fluke or not. Please bring back the old version with better coverage this is awful and so sticky too!Reply from L'Oreal4 weeks agoHi Lanie! Disappointed
I've used root touch up for years, however, most recently, it's terrible. Dries out my hair, makes it feel sticky, comes off all over clothing, pillows, etc…you can NOT touch your hair even hours or days after spraying it because it will be all over your hands. It feels sticky and cake-like on your hair. Absolutely disappointing root product on the market and the cost has gone up exponentially.Reply from L'Oreal2 days agoHi Trezzie! Need a different dispense mechanism

Leaky!
