Disaster using number 8 color mixed 50/50 with number 9 on my 75% gray/white roots. Hair came out orange! I had previously used number 9 that had a nice pale color with no orange but wanted a darker color. I even mixed the developers 50/50 as well. The only thing that saved me- temporarily- was purple gloss and purple shampoo or I would be a carrot top head. I will have to permanently tone these redish roots now for correction.Reply from L'Oreal5 days agoHi TNNV! Change in formula a mistake
I’ve purchased this for along time. The last few times it’s just been horrible. It’s so wet and it splatters all over the place!!! It was not this way. Good root cover up.
Great root cover up for gray hair. Only lasts about 4 to 5 weeks and the cost is very reasonable. The brush included is very good to keep the dye on your hair and not drip all over the place. Fraud
Not one gray was dyed but my time and money was wasted, you shouldn't be allowed to make money off of selling a product that is absolutely useless, I use your hair dye loreal excellence and it works great but I will figure out another brand based off this experienceReply from L'Oreal3 weeks agoHi Nessa! New packaging
