I was so excited to try this new mascara considering I’ve used lash paradise since high school, roughly 7ish years. After purchasing and using this mascara I noticed my eyelids began to itch or get really sensitive and red. After many more uses my eyelids began to swell and burn. I’m sad that I’m allergic to this product considering I’m a huge fan of the mascara brand but I’d rather not have swollen and itchy eyelids so I will be throwing out my lash products. Looked great at first but…
By like 6ish hours or so later it smudges under my eyes and makes my eyes burn and water. Definitely won’t recommend. It was okay at first but I guess whatever caused the reaction built up and just kept getting worse till now when I noticed the burning and watering.1 month agoHi Angela. Flaky and clumpy
Mascara flakes with first coat.. don't try adding a second coat because it clumps up. Not happy at all. Throwing away after 1 week. Is it really waterproof?
Is anyone else finding this mascara to be not truly waterproof (flakes when met with humidity, tears, rain, etc)? I do give it credit for not running, but it is so flaky when met with any moisture and it washes off at the end of the day like any washable mascara. I am also struggling with the fact that when I try to build my lashes up with their recommended 15-30 strokes, I end up with clumps and globs. I bought this because of the influencer videos I saw recommending it, but now I'm thinking that they were paid to promote it.Reply from L'Oreal3 months agoHi KRBL. ! Flaking and Irritation
I have been using Loreal mascara for 40 years ... with Splashout being my all-time favorite. I struggled to find a mascara after Splashout was discontinued. I tried this mascara about a year ago and initially fell in love with it ... but, the last two tubes I have purchased are flaking terribly ... and the flakes get into my eyes causing irritation and tearing ... what is going on Loreal?Reply from L'Oreal4 months agoHi Marsha. ! Missing brush

Brush keeps tearing up appart
Product is great, but this is the second time I've bought it and each time the tip of the brush breaks off (the last one was good for a couple of days!!!)... it's sooooo frustrating! This has never happened to me before with other brands, it's a shame because it's a great product but I wouldn't consider buying this a third time and risk loosing my money over a flaw in designReply from L'Oreal7 months agoHi CGC298. no! Gooped up before halfway through the tube.
I originally liked the mascara but didn't love it. The brush is too small for my lashes. It started out fine but not even halfway through the tube, it started gooping up bit time. It's so thick on my lashes that It takes forever to get the excess off and sort them out. I had to throw it away and go back to the Paradise which is what I was using prior to the Big Deal.
