I’m not young and in all my years this is the best eyeliner I’ve ever used. It goes on smooth and easy. The color is natural. Product does not stay on, even for a few hours.
This eye liner does not stay on. Even with powder, it creases on the eyelid. Tried 2 different pencils to hopefully find one that worked. No luck. I would not buy this product again.
