The tinted guide color provides an instant bronze glow with subtle shimmer while the sunless tan develops over the next few hours. For best results; <br />Step 1: Exfoliate skin to ensure a smooth, even application.<br />Step 2: Smooth the Tinted Self-Tanning Lotion evenly all over your body just as you would any lotion. Apply sparingly to your knees, elbows, and ankles.
