I have use the same Dark Blonde for many years, covered greys and after 1 wash was close to desired color, The last few times it doesn't cover my greys. After 1 wash my greys start appearing and I have also noticed a fizziness I never had before. I am stumped as this was the only store bought color I ever liked! New formula

Disappointed in New Formula – L’Oréal Excellence 7
I’ve been using L’Oréal Excellence 7UA for over five years and always got consistent, flattering results. Earlier this year, it disappeared from shelves everywhere. When it came back, the box had a new look, but it claimed the color hadn’t changed. It has. The new formula is much darker, doesn’t match my hair like it used to, and left me embarrassed. It also has a strong, chemical smell, stings during application, and runs down my face—none of which happened with the original. While I noticed less hair loss (a plus), the overall experience was disappointing. I bought two boxes in case it disappeared again, but I’ll be returning the second. Please bring back the original formula.
