I have been using this color for years. I continue to get compliments from people, even total strangers and I'm an old lady. Love it! Disappointed long-time user. Terrible new formula
I have been a loyal L'Oreal Superior Preference user for years and used to buy many different shades with great results. However, the new formula is completely terrible. It no longer covers gray hair at all, even when applied professionally by a hairstylist. On top of that, the color washes out after just 1–2 shampoos. Solons can't believe it's a box color
I am completely gray and this covers my gray beautifully. When I go to my hair solon I always get asked about my hair color and comments like.." love the color"... " I can't believe it is a box color". It is so natural and easy to use. Color results are nothing like the final results.
I typically go with 4 Dark Brown but I mistakenly chose 5A Medium Ash Brown. Instead of brown I got reddish copper brown which I do not like at all.
