Disappointed long-time user. Terrible new formula
I have been a loyal L'Oreal Superior Preference user for years and used to buy many different shades with great results. However, the new formula is completely terrible. It no longer covers gray hair at all, even when applied professionally by a hairstylist. On top of that, the color washes out after just 1–2 shampoos. Solons can't believe it's a box color
I am completely gray and this covers my gray beautifully. When I go to my hair solon I always get asked about my hair color and comments like.." love the color"... " I can't believe it is a box color". It is so natural and easy to use.
