Don't like the brush
I bought this for the first time because it's a safe, non toxic product, but, do not care for the applicator brush. Use the flat side to apply and the brush to separate... It goes on clumpy and the brush just adds to the mess. Bring Back the Original
I’ve been using L'Oréal mascara for over 30 years. My mom started me on the Voluminous line when I was 16. I’ve been loyal ever since. When L'Oréal Telescopic Mascara launched, it became my absolute favorite. It lengthened, lifted, and separated my lashes better than anything else. I no longer found myself reaching for a safety pin to separate my lashes. I recommended it to everyone. Unfortunately, something has changed. The wand now feels flimsy and doesn’t insert smoothly into the tube. In addition the formula is not the same. It clumps and flakes throughout the day, which never used to happen. I’ve tried many other mascaras over the years, but I always came back to this one. My tried and true favorite. Well until now. Please consider bringing back the original wand and formula. Not what I thought I was buying.
For me, a great mascara is all about the brush and the right color. The brush here has short, little, stiff, plastic bristles. They are barely long enough for your eyelashes to pass through it. So you can barely see any product being applied or any difference to your lashes after an extensive attempt to apply the mascara. I already have naturally long lashes. I use mascara for thickness and definition. This mascara brush did neither. I kept my receipt and plan to return it. It was $17 and that was after a $2 manufacturer coupon and CVS extra bucks were applied. I usually use L'oreal mascara in Brown/Black that has a thick, full brush made of a natural soft fiber. It's definitely much better. I think it's the L'oreal Paris Paradise Big Deal mascara in Black-Brown. I'm hoping it's in stocks. I saw someone with telescope mascara on and I liked the way it looked. To thick
I loved my first tube! Was so excited to get another. I don’t know if something changed or what but I hate it now. It goes on so thick and clumps my lashes so bad.
