Guys! Users have been talking about the pump forever. I love this foundation & have been using it exclusively for many years. I am currently 58 years old & this is perfect for me. Classic Ivory! But - THE PUMP. When I have 1/3 left in the bottle, it is time to go get the hammer because the pump stops working. I put the bottle on my cutting board and start swinging the hammer. If I am lucky, I can break it in just the right spot that I can then set the top back on it without having to put the bottle in a baggie and use the rest that way. It is WEEKS left of product inside. Weeks! What is going on and why haven't you fixed this? If you can't fix the pump, can you at least make it so we don't have to use a freaking hammer to get to the bottom? Need to check batch
I've been using this and for the first couple of pumps the make up pumped out great. But recently this batch has started separating when it is pumped out to the point where it's almost curdled so you can't mix to use. I've shaken the vial and it just makes it worse. I've tried not shaking it and it's the same result. Batch I believe is 20S400 expiration of 4/21. It's a shame because it was working really well.Reply from L'Oreal ParisHace 5 añosHey There! GOOD PRODUCT
I HAVE BEEN USING THIS FOUNDATION FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND LOVE IT, BUT THE LAST 2 BOTTLES I BOUGHT, WHEN APPLYING ON MY FACE, IT HAS AN ODOR LIKE A METAL OR RUST SMELL. NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE. JUST WONDERING IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS. Love the product, hate the bottle dispenser!
I have 3 bottles of Visible Lift, each bottle with about 3/4 of an inch left in each bottle! Why would you design a makeup bottle like this knowing full well that you cannot get all of the product out of the bottle. I finally stopped being an idiot after having purchased 6 bottles that you can never get the full product out to use!! I had to stop purchasing this wasteful product! I had to put that I am a blonde, but my hair is gray. Why don't you have gray hair as an option? A gray haired person does use makeup too!!!Reply from L'Oreal ParisHace 6 añosHi Donna J! Visible Lift
I have been using this product for a few years, love it. My only issue is once the bottle gets almost gone the pump doesn't work anymore and there is product that gets wasted unless I dig it out with a qtip and put in a different container. Bad Pump
I agree with many of the reviews. I have had the same problem not being able to use all the foundation. I do like the color and feel but it stops working about half way through. It seems to me, that not being able to use half of the make up, is a great marketing program and forces us to buy more too soon.
