I purchased this product a few days ago. It is so thick that it cannot be called a liquid. It does not flow onto the skin, just cakes. After seeing the dates of the reviews here, I now realize I have probably purchased a product that is YEARS old. Why this was still on the shelf is a mystery to me. THE PUMP BOTTLE ISSUES
I like others have an issue with a small amount of product being left and not being able to get it out with the pump. LOVE THE FOUNDATION
I have been using L'oreal foundation for quite awhile. I love the product but I am going to quit buying it. I cannot get about the bottom quarter of product out of the bottle. I currently have 8 bottles that have product in them that I cannot get out. It has turned me off of this product that I love. The Pump
The pump is terrible and it's a rip off! I gave you the benefit of the doubt after the pump on the first bottle became inoperative and bought a second. I pried the top off the first bottle which ultimately caused the product to dry up. You've lost customer which is a shame because the product is great.Reply from L'OREAL PARISHace 3 añosHi there! Terrible waste
Until I read some other reviews, I thought it was just me - the pump stopped working on 3 differnt shades that I had, with over 1/3 left in the bottle. Had to get out a screwdriver to pry off the top, but of course the foundation will now dry out quickly. WORST EVER DO NOT BUY
Very upset- returned as soon as I could get it off. Applied sparingly with beauty sponge- immediately turned to concrete-like flaking cracking mess that made funny looking spots and smears on my face- where there are none! It also burned. L'Oreal Visible lift #152 Sand Biege WAY too oily
I have used your product for years L'Oreal Visible lift #152 Sand Biege. This time I bought it and it was 1/2 oil. Way too oily. I have to pump it out on a kleanex to blot out most of oil (although still too oily). Please tell me you did not change this product to be this oily?
