WASTE OF MONEY THREE TIMES!!
Loreal's primer a few years ago was FABULOUS. NOW I have purchased 3 tubes if primer. It seems there is NO primer in the tube! I have to apply it 3 or more time and it just is NOT as good at all. So glad to see it isn’t just me that hates the formula change. This was my go-to. Off to find something that works. Good luck L’Oréal.
