I have severe pcos so my periods are very heavy and painful and using other tampons often got a UTI after my period. Once I switched to these I noticed my cramps were less severe, I stopped getting UTIs after, and my bleeding stops a day sooner. It seems crazy i know, but I swear it's true. Plus, I feel better knowing I'm not using as many chemicals in my body. Great organic option - comfortable!

I've been buying this product for years but it seems the all Light Tampons are no where to be found anymore. They work fine

Great tampon, packaging needs help
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Tampax Pearl user for years, and I would say these are an organic version of those. They have a plastic applicator, I didn't have any issues with leakage, and overall do a great job. The packaging on the tampon itself is cute with little monstera leaves. What I don't like, is that the container doesn't have anything to separate the sizes, so I end up digging for what I want.
