This eye pencil is easy to apply. It goes on smoothly and stays put all day. It bothered my eyes, made the itchy and red.
It was a pretty painful experience. worst eyeliner i have ever had
according to the reviews i should be very pleased with this navy eyeliner. However, it is the worst eyeliner i have ever had.
