Has menthol
This product has menthol for some reason, which really irritated my eyes, when when keeping the wash away from my eyes. I use La Roche-Posay Medicate Gel to help reduce the excess oil build up that sometimes happen in my face. It gently remove grease and help to keep my skin clear and nice. Does not have any strong scent and it lathers well. Love Effaclar Acne Face Wash!
I bought this because I was having occasional hormonal break outs. Used it daily, it worked great! Ngo bumps pretty much ever anymore, so when I ran out I switched to a less expensive brand I could grab at a drugstore, thinking they had the same active ingredient. Nope!
