I bought one of these from stop & shop since Fetch was giving points back for it. Not sure if I ate it too fast but my stomach started hurting immediately. I don't have any allergies to anything in the bar so I'm confused. Made me feel bloated and gassy. Had to take pepto bismol. Great for cycling
