I bought one of these a few years ago, needing something with a very soft setting. I was quite happy, as a vibrator with such a setting is hard to find. Well, my dog got into my bedroom... and discovered a "bone" left on the bed and oh joy, that one was even shacking on its own! welp, now I'm buying it again. Not powerful at all. The max strenght is basically the minimum one of my other vibrator. I don't understand how the weird vibration patterns are supposed to do anything great. Also, the buttons are not convenient and I have small hands. I'm honestly not that difficult in sex toys but this is a disappointment. Finally a vibrator that fits!
I am in treatment for vaginismus and this vibrator was recommended to me by my doctor. It's the perfect size for me. Finally there is a reasonably sized vibrator for those of us who are not size queens. It hits the right spot(s) as well.
