It was convenient as a roll on. However became extremely nauseous after a few hours, experienced a headache as well. Minimized my shoulder pain though. Will not use again.

The roll-on doesn't work nearly as well as the cream. It doesn't come out easily and does not penetrate as well as the cream.

This works quite well. I enjoy the other ingredients also; such as the menthol, the cooling sensation seems to heighten the effectiveness of the cbd. Also,the cost of cbd products is generally way too expensive, but comparatively it is quite a good deal, for the cost & amount/strength.
