    Labels on teabags for decaf vs regualr

    Lipton is the only tea I drink. However, I just opened a new box of 50 decafinated tea bags. They have the new lred labels with an L. This is the same as the label for cafinated tea bags. The used to be labeled red for cafinated and green for decaf. Now I can't tell the difference between them if I store the two kinds in my storage jar. Is this the new policy--label all bags the same so you can't tell the difference once you take them out of their packaging? This is annoying.

    Love the decaf black tea,wish I could find it in the 100 bags in the box as I drink a cup every night before I go to bed

    Brewing Recipe.

    I heat a 2-cup measuring cup of water in the microwave for 4 minutes. I then add 1 Family-Size or 3 individual size tea bags...brew an hour. Pour into a quart pitcher, add water to fill, add 3 packets of Great Value Aspartame (Equal Sweetener). Chill and enjoy. Karol

    Our local stores used to stock the Lipton black decaffeinated "family size bag". Did you quit making it or are they not ordering it? They only have green tea in decaffeinated and we don't care for green tea. Due to a heart condition we are supposed to drink caffein free. Which is OK because we like it. But we are forced to buy a different brand.

    Excellent Decaffeinated Tea

    I’ve used Lipton Decaf tea bags for years. Makes an excellent batch of tea!!!Unfortunately I do make sweet tea, but try to rationalize that with the healthy benefit of decaf. 😉 I usually take a large batch to family gatherings and people are always surprised to find it’s not caffeinated.

    Great flavor!

    Best tasting tea there is! There is no other brand for me! If it "ain't Lipton", it "ain't" tea!( that is my opinion)
