Best tea ever
Our family drinks nothing but Lipton tea we usually use three or four teabags put in a coffee pot on the stove bring to a boil. Let it boil for less than a minute then we let it sit and steep. Then we had about 3/4 cup of sugar to a gallon container pour the tea and add water and put it in our refrigerator. I have drank this tea for 50 years and would not think any other has the best flavor so I’ve never tried the organic black tea but I’ve never seen it for sale either doing it. This way we came out a few more teabags and let it steep. The strength comes from how long you let it steep. We usually use three sometimes for in the flavors perfect. Consistency goes. I know it’s always the same no matter how many thousands of times I’ve made this always taste the same. Anyone comes to my house for tea they know exactly what they’re getting and they love it.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on liptontea.com - DttrReviewed 1 week ago
Terrible new tea
My whole family have Lipton Orange Pekoe black tea fans for decades. This new Yellow label Black tea is awful. Despite reading a response to another review that says the recipe hasn’t changed, there’s non question this NOT the same tea it was for more than the past 50 years. The new box I bought is going back. I and my whole family will have to find a new brand for our daily cups of tea. WHY would you have changed such a beloved product? This new Yellow label tea has no flavor. Just no. Please tell us you will bring back the old standard Orange pekoe tea that we all love.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on liptontea.com - Me tooReviewed 1 week ago
Product decline
My wife is an avid tea drinker. Her normal day consumes 4 tea bags. Ever since your company has changed the product and now attach the RED "L" tab the product has suffered. On average, 50% of the RED tabs come unattached which makes me revert to using my office stapler to reattach the tab in order to use the team bag. Is it not enough that the price of your product and doubled in resent years but now your are reducing the quality in how you present your product. I guess I should have my grocer sell staplers next to your product so the consumer can fix your issue. Very displeased and looking into other forms for my wife's tea habit.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on liptontea.com - GreatTeaLoverReviewed 1 month ago

New Version is Terrible
New version is not nearly as good. Just opened a new box of the new version and I noticed a difference right away. Both my wife and I drink several cups of hot Lipton tea every morning and will be looking for a new brand.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on liptontea.com - SJM2NYReviewed 2 months ago
Long time fan!
I am a Lipton Black Tea fan for over 50 years. Since high school. I have always enjoyed each cup as it was the 1st one of the morning. The taste and consistency has always been pleasing.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on liptontea.com - Gigi goReviewed 2 months ago
Don’t be fooled-it’s not the same tea or taste
I’ve been drinking Lipton orange pekoe tea for 60 years. I always choose the yellow box on the shelf. I didn’t realize Lipton changed the product until I opened the box and saw the new tag. Then I read the box. I thought I just picked up the wrong box at the store. Then I looked at the Lipton website. The orange pekoe is not listed. I think these Lipton Yellow Box Black Tea are a bait and switch. Shame on Lipton for being so deceitful.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on liptontea.com - BarrygReviewed 3 months ago
No flavor
I have been using Lipton yellow label for 5 decades. The tea now is very weak and not flavorful. I'm very disappointed. I see the paper tag has changed . I will have to consider trying another brand.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on liptontea.com
