I take before bed and I don’t experience any negative effects. It does actually work!!
Ya know, I really didn’t think this would be helpful but I’ve been taking it for a week now and I am pleasantly surprised that it does actually help!!! I have had so many issues with yeast infections, back to back UTIs, odor, and BV - all Dr.’s not having an answer as to why! This is helping so much to not only relieve symptoms but deter them all together. Probiotics
What's really nice here is it's a small capsule and it's only one a day. Many other places require two capsules that are very large and hard to swallow. And the product so far seems to be helping.
