The larger-size diaper will hold more and due to the extra absorbency, it'll keep moisture away from the skin which helps prevent rashes. We'd like to connect about this and help you with this. Thanks for your review, and we're saddened to hear you're not a fan due to leaking. Leaking can be caused by the size or the fit of a diaper as they fit every differently for each baby. Our diaper sizes are organized by weight, and since no two babies are the same shape, you will notice some overlap between sizes.
