Beats drinking pickle juice, water, or any other home remedy. These pills help within just a few minutes. Five minutes at most. Usually you spend 30-45 minutes trying to release a cramp. They dissolve in your mouth . Just give it a try.
It really works great for me. I absolutley was surprised. My legs hurt so bad i could hardly walk at times. I tried a lot of different things. Nothing seemed to work. I figured ... what did I have to lose ? I'm so glad I tried this product. I feel so much better now. Just try it.
