I have bleached blonde hair that is at level 8 roots and 10 midlength. Toned down my midlength very well to a cool tone I liked but did nothing with my warm roots which I had hoped would also get toned down so it wasn't so warm. I would recommend this for level 10blondes that want to really cool down any warmth. The packet was enough for my shoulder length hair, any longer and you may want to buy 2-3 packets. The reason i wouldn't really recommend this was because my hair felt and looked super dry and brittle after this. It's very expensive per pack and you may as well just buy a bottle of manic panic and conditioner to tone your hair. At least that method won't leave your hair dry and brittle.
