    Great taste

    These vitamins have a great taste, they don’t taste like vitamins rather more like a fruit snack! I don’t like capsules so these are great!

    Game changer!

    I get my labs drawn twice a year following health concerns that started two years ago. Two years ago I was placed on hormones and in addition several vitamins to help what was lacking. It changed my life! BUT it was hard for me to keep up with the amount of vitamins I had to take a day. I needed to simplify and take it down to one magic pill. Enter in Mary Ruth! I felt the same from one of these little gummies as I did on the vitamins purchased via my naturopathic dr. My labs are proof! I just got my annual results back, and as the Dr. walked down the list, she kept saying my levels were PICTURE PERFECT. She even said “i’d keep taking whatever you are! because it’s cleary working!” I was relieved because it’s so much easier to remember one than multiples! I am so grateful for this company.

    Odd taste

    I’ve been buying these vitamins for the last four months.They are so good. This is my fourth bottle. I noticed with this last bottle there is an odd taste because usually they’re so yummy. I called Mary Ruth’s and they said that there’s no ingredients change. I went back to where I bought the vitamins from, and found out they had added a few things. Annatto seed extract color, and black carrot powder. Wondering if that is what is making it taste different. Please go back to the old ingredients.. 😊

    Taste Fine, if you can get any out

    I only bought these because the organic women’s multi vitamin is constantly sold out. This is my second time buying these and it is extremely frustrating that the vitamins inside the bottle are one giant clump that you have to try and pull apart if you can manage to fit your hand in at all. For vitamins that are not cheap, the quality should be better.

    Taste amazing and so convenient

    I hate pills and this is an amazing alternative. I love how it is organic and they taste so great, I have to stop myself from eating more. So far I see an improvement in my energy level. Very subtle but that what is supposed to be. Highly recommend!

    Finally

    My 17yr old’s nutritionist recommended these and she loves them! She is the pickiest when it comes to vitamins and she said these are “yummy.” She has taken them every morning no complaints. It has been hard to find quality vitamin that tastes good. Highly recommend these to women!
