    More Lid Color and Bring Back the Applicator!!

    I have been wearing Mocha Motion for many years. I've tried others & continue to go back.. this color palette is perfect for me, but the Lid color should be bigger in my opinion because you need more of it than the crease & dark liner shades. The last 10 times I've purchased, the applicator has been missing. It's perfect without having to take out multiple brushes to apply. Why is it missing???

    No more applicator in the package

    No more applicator! Now I have to buy them and they're not as good. Last year I thought it was a mistake but now I know it's a cost saver. The heck with you, Maybelline! I hope no one buys your eyeshadows anymore.

    Color was off and missing applicator

    I purchased this same color trio but when i got it home i realized it was dull compared to my last one AND the applicator brush was missing when the case was still sealed.

    Beyond being cheap

    No Applicator!?!?! The last 3 shades I’ve bought haven’t had an applicator. At first I thought it was a honest mistake but now it’s beyond being cheap. I a I’ll use the applicator, of course I have the brush to blend but when time is tight you need every tool to be where it supposed to be! You should add a sticker warning there’s no applicator enclosed if you wanna continue this way instead of just trying to sneak it by your customers. Very deceptive. Shameful……

    After 30 years, will no longer purchase Maybelline

    I have been a loyal customer of Maybelline for 30 years. I am so annoyed that I now need to find a new brand of eye shadow because Maybelline has chosen to save a few cents per package by no longer including applicators. Makeup brushes are fine with higher quality eyeshadow, but with Maybelline, the low quality product results in powder being splashed under your eyes during application - NOT a good look. This not a problem with the applicators which used to be included in the package, but a big problem when using brushes - which I would now need to carry around with me. This is ridiculous. After 30 years, I have made my last Maybelline purchase.

    Applicators not included.

    I love the 40Q Designer Chocolates eyeshadow palette. However, after being a loyal customer for years, I will be going to another brand because applicators are no longer being included.These quads are great for travel being small and compact. Large makeup brushes are NOT. Besides, makeup brushes do not offer the same coverage that the applicators do.

    Removed applicator as a cost saving!

    I am very disappointed in the new packaging, which removes the applicator! Most of the time that I buy a replacement, is to replace the applicator! I usually have plenty of eye shadow left in the compact. Now I am going to changes brands after 20 years. I hope they are happy with their cost savings because they are going to lose all their customers!
