the eyeliner has a good color pay off and is easy to apply but that’s only when you don’t get a dry product. sometimes you open it brand new, shake it to oblivion, and nothing will come out. i just bought one 20 minutes ago and it just doesn’t work at all, if it does put out color it’s full grey.Reply from Maybelline1 year agoHello! Terrible Cap Designs Ruins Bristles
Love this eyeliner for the first 3 days! The cap design ruins the brush and it makes it difficult for precision with the bristles going all over the place! Product won’t flow.
The first three days I used this, it was amazing. The color was intense and glided on smoothly. Since then, I can't get the color to come out through the brush. The cap has been on tightly. I've shaken it and can hear a little bead inside but I can't get the product to flow. What am I doing wrong?Reply from Maybelline1 year agoHi J0522. To saturate the tip of the eyeliner, hold the pen face down for 5 seconds or gently wipe the tip on a clean tissue before continuing the application. Award Winning Eyeliner
Amazing eyeliner. Very smooth, easy to control with the hexagonal grip, works perfectly on my small, oily, hooded eyelids. The brown color is a true dark brown.
