Better than higher priced brands!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my everyday eyeliner. I would put this up against Anastasia liquid eyeliner any day. This one actually is about a 3rd of the price and in my opinion just as good if not better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure if I am the one who does not know how to use this product, but I couldn't make a steady line on my eye with this pencil (though it does work on my hand, as you can see). Leaks

Within a matter of a few weeks, it began to leak everywhere and I was losing so much product. it created rashes on my eye
