I thought I finally found the right eyeliner. I liked everything about it, until it started dripping from the little holes below the brush. it stained my fingers and counter. The liquid becomes like plastic when it dries, it is hard to remove it. The brush hairs separate making it very difficult to make a straight line. After researching about it online, I found out that many ladies have had the same complaints about it for about 4 years, but nothing has been done. I am so disappointed with Maybelline.Reply from Maybelline3 weeks agoThis is a total New York nightmare, and we hear your frustration loud and clear! It is beyond disappointing when you think you’ve finally found "the one," only to have it literally leak all over your hands and counter—that kind of mess is definitely not what we mean by "making it happen." Between the applicator "exploding," the brush hairs fraying into a jagged mess, and a formula that turns into stubborn "plastic" that refuses to budge at the end of the night, it sounds like this liner failed you at every single turn. Horrible eyeliner

Drips and stains!
I'll start by saying that I love the way this liner applies HOWEVER it drips and has ruined 2 shirts. I thought the first time was a fluke until it happened again today. Makes a Huge Mess
It works and stays, but for the past two eyeliners I've bought excess always flows down the tip and gets all over me.
