Stays long time, however some quality problems
This eyeliner is good, dries fast, and it really stays. I have hooded eyes and I sometimes get a little transfer to my eye lid. However, they seem to be having problems with quality lately. I was applying eye liner and a blob of it came out. It made my entire eye black, inside and out. I looked like a raccoon. Had to remove makeup and start all over again. It has happened twice. Stopped working after one application
bought on a Wednesday, the liquid eyeliner worked the first time, and 2 days later ,the liquid would not flow. We could not find any way to get liquid to flow. Looks dried out
Upon opening and applying it looks like an eyeliner that has began running out of ink. Trying to overlap missed areas causes the already applied eyeliner to be wiped off. Not easy to use

What a find!

Dried Up After 1X
