Updates to product
They changed this product. It was my favorite eyeliner of all time but they changed the product applicator or formula in some way after changing the packaging. The new style is difficult to apply and dries out much faster. Please go back to the original design! Used to love it :(
I used to love this liner but they must have changed the caps or something cause I've had to buy 3 replacements cause the caps come off and dry up in my makeup bag. I have used this before. This time I bought one which is totally dried. The tip doesn't have any ink. I tried to wet it woth water but it didn't work. Not happy

Best Eyeliner I've Ever Bought
Love the applicator and how easy it glides on. This eyeliner also stays on all day until I take it off. I have tried MANY expensive brands that claim to be waterproof and stay on all day and don't.
