Honestly, if it weren't for the ridiculous plastic seal around the caps of the Instant Age Rewind products, I would have given five stars. I love the makeup but I cannot describe how awful the plastic seal around the caps of The Instant Age Rewind products is! It takes me forever to get these open. I seriously can't believe Maybelline hasn't corrected this problem yet! i have family that had to stop using it because they couldn't get the seal off! Somebody please help with this ongoing PROBLEM. Worthless

Cannot get the product out

Frustrating
I am unable to see any makeup on the dry eraser, even after keeping it upside down over night. We definitely understand how frustrating it is when you're ready to use a product and it doesn't dispense as expected! For your first use, we suggest twisting the neck of the applicator in the direction of the arrows until the concealer appears. Sometimes it can take several turns, up to 6-8 or more, to initially prime the sponge.
