This mascara separates lashes nicely and gives volume. Sadly, my eyes became watery after use it didn’t work well for my sensitive eyes. Smudges & dries out
I've used this mascara for over 5 years. You guys changed the formula. It dries out so fast. Sometimes it's already dry as soon as I open it. Also, it smudges under my eyes now which it never did before. So frustrating. Great Mascara. No clumping or flaking

Best mascara on the market, period. BUT…

Was my Holy Grail
This was my HG almost from the moment it hit the market. But the last two tubes I've used have dried out considerably within the first two weeks of purchase. This results in clumps and flakes I never experienced before. I never use waterproof mascara, and one favorite things about this product was that it didn't run or smudge, even after swimming. Whatever this new formula is now makes it nearly impossible to take off using the same makeup removers I've always used.
