[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the smoothest lip liner I have ever used. It literally glides on, and seems to provide a clear boundary for the lip. I knocked a star off because the formula is almost too smooth. The tip was broken when I opened it & after sharpening, this stuff was everywhere. Smeared wherever the smallest liner crumb had landed. I wish they could make a product that applies like this one but isn’t quite so … creamy? Soft? I guess that’s the trade off.
