The formula glides on smoothly making it easy to blend, which is perfect for both outlining and slightly over lining the lips. Overall, I was impressed by how it lasts for awhile without fading too quickly. Generally for the price I think it’s great value and it’s similar to some popular prestige brands. The shade range is nice. I purchased this liner and liked the color and consistency, but the tip broke off immediately and when I tried turning to get more to the top, there was no more.
