Fluffy and Fuller
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the opportunity to review the Maybelline Super Fluff Mousse. The mousse is just what I needed for my 90s sparse eyebrows (yes that was me following the trend. I'm talking to you Kelly on 90210). The mousse filled in the sparse areas in my eyebrow shade and fluffed them up. As you can see from the other eyebrow that I didn't apply it was a lot thinner.
