The product is so great. Very pigmented and long lasting. But you can't sharpen it! I got the white one, and the plastic casing matches the product, so when you sharpen it, if there's a jagged plastic piece, you can't see and can easily hurt yourself. Why would they make it plastic if they want it to be sharpened? Just make it a twist up. The product is very soft and easily smushed. Putting this in a sharpener just makes a mess.

My stick will not turn so after one week, I'm out of eyeliner. Tried to turn it today and the stick broke

I LOVE how it looks, how smooth it goes on. Its THE BEST eyeliner in that aspect. But I have used like every sharpener and it's just impossible to get a good sharpen. Cosmetic, regular, cheap, more pricey. Heck I even tried to used a knife. so much goes to waste i get maybe 4 good enough sharpens out of it before its pretty much gone. I have bought this a few times because i love the application so much but i'm afraid this may be my last time. I hope I can find another eyeliner just as beautiful.

For best results, turn the pencil gently 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge.
