I purchased this item new and i took it out of the packaging and nothing will come out of the pen. I am not sure if i need to do something but it is completely dry. I shake it and I can hear product sloshing around but yet nothing comes out of the pen.Reply from MaybellineHace 4 añosHi there! So disappointed
I had high hopes for this as I basically have no eyebrows. They've been pretty nonexistent my whole life. The first application was easy and I liked how it worked. Then I slept that night with them on and the next morning my skin was green!!!! And it won't come off!!!! It's so upsetting for someone who has been actually drawing their eyebrows on since I was about 14. I'm always extra stressed all the time worrying about how they look to other people and then to see my skin is green really made my anxiety go up. I don't know if anyone I saw the day before noticed it. I hope not but who knows.Reply from MaybellineHace 4 añosHi there! Terrible application

Green Eyebrows!
This product would be a dream come true if it didn't turn green and dye my skin blue!! Green brows
While I absolutely love using this product, I was embarrassed when co workers told me my brows were green under the cooler lights. Green Eyebrows

Dried out

Dried up
Used the Brow Marker and it came out of the tip as a big glob. Was a mess to remove from brow. Tried it again the next day and it was as if it was dried up. Tried shaking it and it didn't help.
