Can not be sharpened, tried to sharpen and almost broke my sharpener. Only got a few uses out of it. Total waste of money. Huge disappointment!!Reply from maybelline.com1 year agoHello Kristie79! We are so sorry to hear about your experience. To properly sharpen our TATTOO STUDIO® WATERPROOF BROW PENCIL turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. The pencil should be sharpened frequently so that 3 or 4 gentle turns are sufficient to achieve the desired result. Easy application but cannot sharpen or feed pencil
I cannot get the pencil to feed more product and I I tried to attempt to sharpen it but it seems like it's plastic. I wasted money on this.Reply from maybelline.com1 year agoHi there! Big Disappointment

HELP!!!!
I love this pencil, but I have a big problem with it…. I cannot sharpen it. I cannot find a pencil sharpener that fits…they are all too big or too small!!!! Horrible product. Save your money!
Don't waste your money! No sharpener included. I used mine and it's very difficult to trim. If you get some of it trimmed, the brow liner is to soft to use.Reply from MaybellineHace 2 añosHi there! NO SHARPENER INCLUDED
Had I realized that I needed a separate sharpener to use this product, I would not have purchased it. No indication on the package or packaging that a sharpener is required.
