Was disappointed that you can't get any more product out of it. There’s no way to twist the pencil to get any product up. I was surprised that I could only use the little bit that was on the tip. Terrible design
Can’t get any more product out of it. There’s no way to twist the pencil or push any product up. There’s girl who said you can break the spoolie brush off and then use a q tip to push it was right. Hard to sharpen
Very hard to sharpen. Another person on here mentioned she broke the brush off and was able to use a Qtip to be able to push the product up. It works! I just used the brush and pushed. I was able to use it. Love the color. #255 soft brown. I. Am getting my brows done in 1 week & a half so hopefully I will not need these pencils anymore.Respuesta de MaybellineHace 5 mesesHello! OK BUT DIFFICULT TO SHARPEN
It was ok. .. but very hard to sharpen. Hello there. For best results, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. Your sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. Unsharpenable
