I have used this mascara and sky high for a long time and the formula must have changed because now it rubs off below my brow bone and leaves mascara marks which it never did before. The mascara is now too sticky and clumps all my lashes together which is also an issue I had never experienced with my previous purchases. I see the difference from the old mascara I had
