I have used this mascara and sky high for a long time and the formula must have changed because now it rubs off below my brow bone and leaves mascara marks which it never did before. The mascara is now too sticky and clumps all my lashes together which is also an issue I had never experienced with my previous purchases. I wish yall wouldn't have messed with a good thing.Reply from Maybelline1 month agoHi there! There are different reasons why a formula might be changed; availability of ingredients, changing industry requirements, and product improvements are common examples. This is not good!! It does not stay on your lashes. I see the difference from the old mascara I had
