So my only issue with this mascara is that the wand is flimsy and for some reason I had a terrible allergic reaction to it. Other than that I liked how full it made my lashes but I cannot use it due to having an allergy to it.. it's so waterproof that it's hard to get off when I washed my face and I have to keep rubbing my eyes to get it off which might have prompted the allergic reaction in the first place.Reply from MaybellineHace 5 añosHey there. Natural, soft, but also enhances length and volume
I'm super upset that Maybelline discontinued my favorite auburn brow drama gel mascara and no longer carries brow mascara colors for redheads, so I feel like I need to give this eyelash mascara positive feedback so it, too, is not discontinued. :( First off, it comes in dark brown, which looks so much prettier than the trendy highly pigmented deep black, which is harsh and garish I think. Also, I like this more liquid-y gel formula. Doesn't get all waxy and dried out (to be fair, I've only had it for a couple days, I should probably give it a couple weeks before stating this). It's build-able and doesn't get all clumpy and fake looking. I like the wand, it seems to cover all lashes well, and the brush is cute, puffy and full. If you are used to doing a quick one coat and running out the door, you won't like this. But if you take your time and apply one coat very thoroughly and attentively, and then a second, it looks super pretty, lush and natural. Like real lash hair that is lush and long, instead of creepy, clumpy, thick tarantula lashes. It washes off pretty well and then I follow it up with eye makeup remover. Can't stand mascaras that don't come off at all with soap and water, making you have to scrub forever, drying out your skin. No problem with this one regarding removal. Not that it's important, but I also like the packaging - the teal tube is pretty. I should mention also that there are some other mascaras on the market that do not come sealed. I appreciate that Maybelline always seals their mascara in a package for consumer safety. 5/5 product. My favorite mascara
I've been wearing this mascara since it came out and it's still my favorite! There have been times over the years I've tried others but I always come back to old reliable here. It doesn't leave my lashes gummy or clumpy at all but just makes them look like fluffier, longer versions of themselves. It's easy to remove but doesn't run at all when I wear it. For a while I thought it was discontinued and it made me so sad because this is just my perfect mascara. Disappointed
Highly disappointed with this product the wand is not applicable and i have the waterproof one and it just wipes right off. Better than Diorshow!!!
I bought this on a whim. I've been trying to find a mascara that will hold my straight lashes in a curl as good or better than Diorshow waterproof. This is it!!! i'm shocked. I've tried all your other products and they don't work on my lashes but this does. I'd give it 6 stars if I could
I adore this mascara. I wear no makeup, with the exception of mascara, and this one makes me feel confident my long, curling, and full, but unfortunately transparent, natural eyelashes are the star. I appreciate the applicator, which treats my finer lashes just as well as it does my longer ones. It's important to me that Maybelline offers non-silicone brushes--anytime I've succumbed to another's flashy advertising and used a silicone wand, I end up with multiple sties--the silicone bristles are very sharp and make micro abrasions at the base of the lashes, and invariably, a sty appears. But with my sweet angel Mega-Plush formula? NEVER. I also can't smell my eyelashes with this formula, which until you've experienced it, have no idea how off putting it is. Please just never stop making this rich, smooth, deeply pigmented, full coverage, non-clumping, scent-free formula. I will expressly blame Maybelline for removing the only barrier between me and a lifetime of responding to questions about why my eyelashes can't be detected under normal circumstances.
