Husband’s digestive health
Metamucil works well for my husband's digestive health. He takes it daily. The product has begun more pricey, but the 44 single pkg. per box is a good value. ¡Gracias!

Convenient to use
I've use the Psyllium Fiber in the round carton prior to buying the packets. I like the single use better because they are more convenient and you can just grab one on your way out the door, mix with water or other liquid and drink - no need to measure. Love the convenience!
