To measure blood pressure and pulse: Step 1: Apply cuff with your palm up, so the display is facing you and is about 1/2in down from your hand. The fit should be snug and not too tight. Step 2: Support your arm so that the monitor rests at the same height as your heart. Step 3: Sit and rest for 5 minutes prior to your measurement.
