Convenient
I got these patches for Christmas and I love them. I can Just grab one and go. I definitely wish they stayed warm longer And came with more in a box. I’m used to an actual heating pad but for my busy days that I’m constantly moving all day the patches work great. I recommend for the best results possible is to wear thin undies or a t-shirt (for back pain). Not a fan
Maybe if you had baby cramps this would work but for me? Not really like it lessens it for a little bit but if you’re one to have like really bad cramps, this isn’t really going to do much. Not worth (right now)
This product is not good. I do like the cute heart design but I would rather have a patch that covers the entire width of my abdomen or lower back with a cute design printed on it. Also it should either be able to placed directly on the skin OR get warmer being placed on top of underwear or thin shirt. I believe this is can be a great product but it just isn’t. Is the heat in the room with us?
Absolute waste of money. Put it on, got as warm as lukewarm water, then started losing heat immediately. Not directly on skin, provides a comforting warmth
I wasn't sure what to expect from this, but it is basically a hot hands style packet that has a sticky side to put on the outside of your underwear/inside your pants to then give a comfortable warmth for awhile.
