These are so comfy and easy to use. I love how these are great for on the go & you can wear them anywhere bc you stick them to your clothes. The heat also lasts for like 8 hrs & it's great to use for bed time or at work when you're moving around. I love these things. They pricey but very very worth it!! Great On-the-Go Cramp Relief
I picked these up one day when I suddenly started my period and needed a quick fix so I was able to continue with work properly the rest of the day. They were a great addition for the price point and kept me comfortable. I deducted a star because it's a little inconvenient that it has to be put over clothing. Disappointing
I expected more from Midol! These reach the same temperature as a cup of hot tea that you forget about for two hours, so you go to drink it and it's not the best but you're too lazy to go to the microwave. ThermaCare has the best heat patches, they get hot and stay hot. Not a big fan of this at all. The concept seems really great. But it does not really have any heat. I know you're supposed to put it on a thin piece of clothing versus on skin and I did that and it doesn't really feel any heat. Perfect for comfort

Good at relieving mild cramps
These are really helpful for mild cramping. I was able to go about my day without noticing constant pain, and didn't have to worry about the patch losing heat or falling off. I don't think it will relieve terrible cramping, but the amount of heat is suitable for the kind of mild, consistent pain that I get.
